THE PROBLEM

RedLBP, a property inspections franchise system for qualified carpenters who are also Licenced Building Practitioners (LBP’s) were struggling to target LBP’s as prospective franchisees.

Their marketing plan was similar to most… the scattergun approach.

This included using brokers who took a massive commission out of every sale, costing RedLBP tens of thousands of dollars for little return.

Victoria from RedLBP knew there had to be a better way and had heard about how effective funnel marketing could be so she reached out to Franchisee Lead Funnels by Automation Central (our agency) for a solution.

THE SOLUTION

We started out by looking at their current marketing, ad spend, number and quality of leads, acquisition cost… through to their sales pipeline and conversion stats.

From our findings, we concluded that an appointment scheduling funnel was ideal, to drive highly qualified leads straight into their sales pipeline where their highest conversion rate was traditionally achieved.

THE RESULT

We launched the new Facebook campaigns and funnel for RedLBP in December 2019.

In the following weeks, leading into February 2020, RedLBP were skyrocketing ahead of their sales targets on very low ad cost (CPC $1.50 - CPL $28.86)
